Advancing the Vision - Leadership Training Center Renovations

In 1986, the Florida FFA Foundation was given 126 acres of rural land on Lake Pierce in Polk County. To better serve FFA members and agriculture teachers throughout the state, the Foundation decided to use the land to develop a unique Leadership Training Center. The Center offers a fully equipped conference center seating up to 350 people and a magnificent Lodge, guest house and six villas that can house up to 150 people. The Bartley Educational Facility was completed in 2004 adding additional meeting space, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that can accomodate 350 people, and a state-of-the-art Technology Center.

When not being used for FFA related events, the facility is open to the public, corporations and businesses as an amazing place for retreats, meetings, weddings, parties and much more. Outdoor activites at the facility include fishing, boating, swimming, paintball, basketball, volleyball, ROPES team building course, hiking trails and much more.

Over those 16+ years more than 170,000 people have visited and enjoyed the facility. The Advancing the Vision campaign will raise much needed funds to improve, refurbish and renovate the existing facility.
